QUALITY CONTROL

Our quality checks examine both participant eligibility and the integrity of the interview process. Screening, quota review and validation help establish whether participants meet the agreed requirements and whether records are suitable for the intended analysis.

Checks may include telephone or face-to-face verification, consistency review, interview timing and duplicate detection, according to the project protocol. Queries are investigated and documented, with unsuitable records excluded where necessary.
